Genesis or Vbeam for redness and visible small capillaries?

The best treatments for capillary issues are vascular lasers such as pulsed dye laser, Excel V, Aerolase, Venus Versa IPL, Laser Genesis or Yellow laser. The settings are determined on a per case basis, so it is best to consult with an expert to determine what will work best for you. We often combine vascular lasers with non-ablative fractional lasers such as Clear + Brilliant or Venus Viva for better results. Vbeam is the gold standard for treating vascular lesions. However, Laser genesis is also effective. Remember, it's not the device ,it's the physician who is operating it that is most important.Jeff Rapaport MD FAADRealself All-star

The problem you are addressing has been treated for years with the V  Beam, it was very effective but required a bruise to develop on the area for the most effective outcome. The newer excel V with the KTP crystal works equally as well as the v beam but docent require the bruise or purport to develop. The genesis will also help but would be slower than the other two. I often use the KTP immediately followed by a genesis treatment/
