The problem you are addressing has been treated for years with the V Beam, it was very effective but required a bruise to develop on the area for the most effective outcome. The newer excel V with the KTP crystal works equally as well as the v beam but docent require the bruise or purport to develop. The genesis will also help but would be slower than the other two. I often use the KTP immediately followed by a genesis treatment/
