I had a Fraxel procedure done about 5 years ago and I noticed that I lost some of my facial fat after that procedure. I go to a skin spa for facial upkeep and they recommended Fracture for acne scarring on my cheeks and tightening in my neck. The procedure sounds similar to Fraxel just not as strong. Is there a chance it can cause a loss of facial fat? I really don't want to lose any fullness before I have too!
