Had a major gynecomastia procedure 8 years ago and am still not comfortable with the results. Have terrible scarring which I have been talking to someone about scar revision but also not happy with the looks of my areola area. Whenever I flex, my nipples fold in and don't look aesthetic at all. Is there any procedure that can fix this up?

Answer: Gynecomastia You do appear to be a good candidate for a breast revision. The procedure could involve scar revision with possible fat transfer and Kenalog injection if your scar is wide and thick. It is best that you meet with a plastic surgeon in your area who can meet with you and develop a treatment plan with you.
