If this is still Restylane, it can be reversed with hyaluronidase. It may take a series of treatments. Hope this helps.

It is very unlikely that the Restylane is still there but it may be that it set up a reaction of sorts to create this fold.  see a board certified dermatologist experienced in the aesthetic field

Without examining you, it's tough to say if there is still product in that area. 3 years is a long time for there still to be product - it usually goes away in about 6 months to 1 year. However, I do see what you're talking about. So, my advice is to go to a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon for an evaluation. Hyaluronidase is safe, and will dissolve any filler remaining. You may need more than one treatment, and you can usually see the effects in about 24-48 hours. Best of luck!
