I got a BBL 2 years ago with a mommy makeover. When I went for my first post op to remove drains I notice that one Butt cheek was clearly bigger, I did bring it to my doctors attention he told me to give it time and let it heal. It’s been 2 years.... till this day I have not wore a swimsuit because I’m extremely self conscious about it.

Hello thank you for your photos and question. You can look into a revision/round 2 BBL and have the surgeon correct the asymmetry. The human body is not symmetrical by nature, so when volume is added it will often make the patient's natural asymmetry more apparent. Good luck!

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for a second round of liposuction and BBL, to fix your problem, and I think you'll get very good results.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

You will need a second Liposuction and BBL,  Im sorry you did not get results wanted in the first surgery, but in expert hands you should be able to achieve it now. Best of luck,
