Is it possible to fix my bad rhinoplasty? How do I find the right doctor to fix all of these issues?

in cosmetic rhinoplasty is a skin/soft tissue envelope which is too badly scarred to re-operate on (this would require very complex reconstructive techniques we normally reserve for difficult reconstructive cases)..provided that your nasal skin is still supple, a revision is 'possible' but whether or not it is likely to improve what you have without running a significant risk of making it worse can only be determined by an examination...make sure that you take your time finding a surgeon who's practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty, has extensive experience and performs many revisions...good luck

 Revision rhinoplasty is much more difficult than a primary rhinoplasty, so a thorough internal  an external examination of the nose will be required to make a determination about what can and cannot be accomplished with a  revision procedure. It is important to know how much cartilage is left on the inside of the nose for potential grafting purposes. Spreader graft placement on the concave side can help with the collapsed upper lateral cartilage. An inverted V deformity is treated with osteotomies  and spreader graft placement.  The hanging columella can be reduced. Nothing  can be done to improve thin skin.
