If Propecia and Rogain is working for you, then that is great. It is rare to see results in one month so you're doing better than most.

I'm glad you are having a good outcome after having started both Rogaine and finasteride.  These drugs together have and additive effect in terms of hair growth but not a doubling effect. It is true that most patients do not have a noticeable effect on hair growth until about 6 months. It is rare but obviously not unlikely to have such rapid growth.

Certainly your response to these treatments is rapid but not unheard of.  This is a good sign you will have an excellent response to treatment with increased hair density and less loss.  If you want further hair growth options with such a good response consider PRP(Platelet rich plasma) injections by a board certified facial plastic surgeon and Theradome(Home based laser delivered device for hair stimulation).
