Thank you for your question and for providing photos. I'm not sure which filler you received, but if it was an HA filler, the product will be metabolized given some time. However, if you're looking for a quicker solution, a reversal agent is also recommended. 

You have several options: 

Let it all slowly be metabolized by your body
Add more filler to a higher location on the cheeks
disslove it with hyaluronidase

You are a very pretty girl and it appears that the filler is too low on your face. I agree with you that you should have the filler dissolved.  Some fillers such as Voluma can take several treatments of Hyaluronidase to dissolve it.  Please consult an expert in facial cosmetic injections for the best results.  Best, Dr. Green

I understand you had one syringe of filler in your eye troughs and it looked to you (which is what counts!) like your cheeks sagged and puffed and it did not resolve with two sessions of hyaluronidase so you are not pleased with current result but also do not want filler again (hard to do again if not pleased with first result!).  This is an example of why I rarely do filler in the eye trough without addressing the cheekbones first.  Frequently, filler in the cheekbones lifts the sagging, tired under eyes and gives he face an overall “upside down triangle” shape that is very flattering tonines bine structure without emphasizing soft tissue of the face. I’d expect a good lift of the sagging cheekbones and improvement in squarish face with skilled injection of the cheekbones.

Hi and thanks for your questionSorry that you are not happy with the result but I see a very good result in your pictures .I do not recommend any treatment but if you want to dissolve it any hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with hyaloronidase. You can just see your injector for assessment
