Hi, I've had under eye filler on two separate occasions, 1 ML both times within a 2 week span so in total 1 syringe under each eye and more recently I had chin filler over a chin implant. I've been comparing photos and my face shape looks different, it looks rounder and older, even my eyes look smaller. Is this the result of filler and chin filler moving around or could it be slight weight gain? I feel confused & upset. Not sure if I should get this dissolved.

Answer: Hyaluronidase I would generally wait longer than 2 weeks to get fillers added or removed. Hyaluronidase would be your choice for removing hyaluronic acid fillers such as Juvederm, Restylane, and Versa. You can also use fillers to augment your chin. Those typically last quite some time, at least a year. All the best from rosston, Dr. Onir

Answer: Dissatisfied with facial structure after filler Hello, and thank you for your questions. It would be easier to discuss this with you in person, as pictures can sometimes be deceiving. However, I do see what your concern is. I think you look fabulous in both pictures-but I understand that doesn't help you when you feel dissatisfied regardless of what others say. I believe you look very youthful in the "after" picture, maybe even more so than the "before" picture. The filler may be making your face look rounder if you haven't gained weight. Have you weighed yourself since your first picture? I would wait a few weeks before you decide to dissolve the filler since your new facial structure may just take some getting used to. I would advise not to get the filler in your chin again, just because I do believe it looks more natural in the "before" picture. However, it is ultimately your decision! Please be sure to see a board-certified plastic surgeon that you feel comfortable with. Best of luck beautiful! James L.
