Fainted and fell on head one day after revision rhinoplasty? Surgeon appears unconcerned and said nose is prob fine. (photo)

I had revision rhinoplasty on Sat 1/7. The next morning I fainted and fell on my head. It's unclear whether or not I fell on my nose - cast slightly came off nose but everything else was intact. I think impact was mostly on my forehead. I was taken to ER and X-rays showed nose was broken (which we already knew because surgeon broke it during surgery) but said nose "wasn't deviated and on midline." I can't help but worry. Please advise!
