How much can I expect tip to drop after 3.5 months after doing extensive tip/columella work with a rib cartilage graft? (Photos)

I had a revision rhinoplasty 3.5 months ago to correct a very upturned nose/retruded columella with a rib cartilage graft. Extensive tip work was done, open rhinoplasty, thick skinned male. Right after cast came off the nose looked quite good. But in the weeks after it came off the nose got upturned again. Surgeon said that this was expected and it would drop over 6-12 months. But even after 3.5 months the nose has not STARTED to drop yet and I am getting very worried that I am stuck like this.
