Eruptive Syringoma on dark skin treatments and wart mole removal damage. What can I do? (Photo)

I have eruptive Syringomas around my mouth via biopsy. Doctor suggested I do Co2 laser. all of them turned me down because of risks of Co2 laser on darker complexions. So I tried erbium laser and it did not penetrate deep enough. I then invested in wart mole vanish cream. It is used for skin tags and acts as a “natural cauterization” method. I applied them to my Syringomas and now they look worse! Now I have a bigger problem and I don’t know what to do.
