Would I be a good candidate for a hair transplant? Here is a picture of my TrichoView, the back of my hair and sides.

I think  you  are a candidate  for  FUE  hair  transplant  in experienced hands.  Because  of  hair  is thin , 
 covarage effect  of  restoration  would be  less  compare to  a thick  hair  one  . Please remember that the result of the hair restoration surgery depends on the hair quality (density of  donor area, thickness of the hair, curviness or straightness of hair, color of the hair, color difference between skin/hair,  etc).
