If the Fordyce spot are located on the penis there is no risk of getting scars after using the CO2 Laser treatment? How much can cost a laser treatment for fordyce spots removal?

It looks like the bulbous nature of your nose is due to the thickness and shape of the tip cartilages. A rhinoplasty would be appropriate first, with the possibility of using Accutane in low does to improve the skin thickness.

When a CO2 laser treatment is done to the face correctly, it should not produce scarring.  This would be true for someone with a history of keloid scarring as well.

Festoons will NOT go away with lasers, they will improve with laser and RF treatments but will not completely go away. you look as if you need a combination of lasers, fillers, and long term RF treatments.  you maybe a better candidate for eyelid surgery as well but your expectations have to be ...
