Can chest be corrected after botched periareolar surgery? (photo)

lightning06
I had hematoma. The doctor did not drain it. 1.5 years later I am seeking revisional surgery. I am happy with the left side. I am frustrated and ashamed by the right side. Can this be corrected? What kind of procedure will this be? Do I have to do periareolar again?
