Hi, I’ve seen before that there’s no way to reduce areola size without surgery but I don’t understand why lightening cream on the edges wouldn’t work. My areolas would definitely lighten to my skin colour and that would allow for the appearance that they are smaller without surgery so any cream recommendations would be appreciate. Thanks

The areolae are the stretchy part of your chest skin. If you have a revision, permanent sutures will still be needed and you will have to avoid all lifting with your chest for 2 months.
The areola can be revised to be made smaller and permanent sutures will be needed, or it may stretch again. You will also need to wear a good supporting bra.
