Constant pain on my soft palate after Botox injection

This is true. Repeated use of Botox can cause a gradual relaxing of the treated muscles, making your results last longer. 

Juvederm is a great product for injecting the marionette lines.  There may be a tiny bit of asymmetry but you don't look ready for the injections yet.  Use sunscreen and retinoids to prevent future aging. For now I would not get any injections.

Botox and the skin tightening work in different ways, so it's fine to have these two treatments within a few days of each other. Get the skin tightening first, and when your skin is no longer irritated, get the Botox.

An overactive mentalis muscle may be part of your genetic makeup which is accentuated by age or may be caused by jaw / teeth malocclusion. Having Botox will certainly help, used in very small doses between 2 and 3 times a year. Best to let it completely ware off before re-injection. Also...
