I carry a lot of weight on the bottom portion of my face and would like to know if getting fillers on my cheekbones would help lift the area around my mouth and jaw so I don’t look as saggy and my jaw not as rounded?

Answer: Voluma and Ultherapy Thank you for sharing. Based on the images provided, I would suggest a combination of Ultherapy and Voluma. Ultherapy will nonsurgically lift the skin by using targeted ultrasound waves to the deep layers of the skin. Voluma can be used for the chicks to add volume and provide a nice lift. The combination of these two will provide nice results. It is important to seek consultation from a board certified dermatologist with experience. Thank you and best of luck to you!

Answer: How to reduce the chubby and saggy cheek look in a young patient I think that I would do several things to improve you issues. I would put filler in the lateral cheeks. This will give width to the upper face and start the V Shape which is desired. Next I'd place Botox/Dysport in the masseters to try to slim the mid and lower face. I don't know if this would work because I can't feel your masseters for hypertrophy. Lastly, I'd augment your chin with filler because it is weak. This would also lead to the illusion of a more narrow lower face and help with the V Shape as well. If you still had a heavy lower face, more aggressive measures would be needed such as FaceTite and/or liposuction.
