Would CO2 laser help the skin in my face after weight loss? (photos)

Question

I am young female of 26 years, but I have lost 60 kg due to changing my diet and exercising. Unfortunately Ive been left with loose skin on face and neck. I had fat transplanted to my face 3 months ago, and that really helped. But still its very visible in the nasolabial/mid face area and my neck= Will Co2 fractional laser help me with tightening the rest of the face? Is the laser worth it or should I just add more fat to mt face instead? Thank you!

In my opinion, you have lost volume in your face. This is best treated by using facial Contour volumizers. Fat, Sculptra, hyaluronic acid, radiesse and other fillers can all volumize the face.  If you've had good results with fat and it has lasted, I would consider repeating it. CO2 laser, ablative, can tighten the skin and fractionated CO2 laser can do the same, but to a lesser degree. However, they cannot makeup for a contour  deficiency that needs volume.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

A combination approach is needed to get the most improvement with skin tightening for the face. I recommend J Plasma, lasers (Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, Co2), microneedling/prp, ultherapy and rf treatments to get the best outcomes.
