2 months after CO2 for freckles my skin has these big, brown spots, what can I do? (Photos)

I had one treatment of c02 laser done due to freckles during a visit in Malaysia. I live in Florida. After I came back the skin has this big brown spots. The doctor there is not helping much. It’s over 2 months now. Nothing is helping as far as apple cider vinegar, almond oil, lightening cream. Have met a dermatologist. No help. I am going through a low time due to this. Stuck at home and embarrassed. Please help me to see what can I do please please help.
