Is it possible to close diastasis recti with the frequency laser instead of a full tummy tuck?

After two kids I have a tummy pooch of diastasis that measures about 4 fingers deep, I also have umbellical hernia. I read that now it is a radio frequency method available to close diastasis without having a full tummy tuck leaving a long scar... does such procedure exist and is it really effective compare to a surgical ab tightening ? Please mention name of such RF treatment. Thank you!

Don't waste your money on nonsurgical treatments of rectus diastasis. If you have an anatomic muscle separation, the gap may be narrowed by muscle toning technologies such as Emsculpt but that is not the same as repair, and if you have a hernia it could be risky. If you do not have significant skin excess, then a mini abdominoplasty with umbilical float can repair both the hernia and the diastasis, with a low and short scar.

Photos would be helpful to eBay your abdomen. In general RF tightens skin. A significant muscle diastasis would require a surgical repair. If you have to extra skin and the diastasis is he only issue, a laparoscopic repair can be done in conjunction with a general surgeon. Laprascopic surgery leaves a few very small scars. An in person consultation would be most helpful in your case.
