After two kids I have a tummy pooch of diastasis that measures about 4 fingers deep, I also have umbellical hernia. I read that now it is a radio frequency method available to close diastasis without having a full tummy tuck leaving a long scar... does such procedure exist and is it really effective compare to a surgical ab tightening ? Please mention name of such RF treatment. Thank you!
