Does botox reduce fat? Can it reduce fat cheekbones and fat jawline?

Botox
cannot be used to melt away facial fat, but it can be used tighten and lift
the muscles in the jawline to give it a smoother and softer appearance. To
reduce the fat, you could use Laser Liposuction, but a photo would be
beneficial in determining which treatment you would be most suited to.

Botox is not used for fat reduction since it works by reducing muscle movement not by destroying fat. If your face is round due to masseter muscle thickening Botox can be used to reduce the muscle mass and thin the contour of your face. If true fat destruction is required such as under the chin, then liposuction or Kybella would be of benefit.
