This question is best to be answered by your plastic surgeon. I typically recommend my patients to avoid anything strenuous for a minimum of 4-6 weeks. Depending on the time between the surgery and your event will depend on the answer to this question. Best of luck with your upcoming surgery and biking tour.
When in September? When is the surgery? Given both a brachioplasty and abdominoplasty, I do not think you will be ready for strenuous activity, especially on repeated days, afterwards. More clarification as to the dates and the tour itself would be useful.

I would suggest avoiding either waxing or shaving the pubic area for several days prior to your tummy tuck. Both shaving and waxing can result in skin irritation which can allow bacterial colonization and could increase the risk of a wound infection. Check with your surgeon for their r...
