The edema after rhinoplasty can give the appearance of a bump at times.  It usually resolves with time.  If it is not improving over time then you should discuss this with you surgeon.RegardsDr. J

Crooked/Slanted Philtrum Caused By Deviated Septum?

A philtrum is a central part of the upper lip.  It can be crooked sometimes because of deviation off the caudal part of nasal septum.  However it is more common to have a deviation of the columella with deviation of the nasal septum.  Septoplasty can correct the deviation significantly.RegardsDr. J

Is the bump on my nose also because of my deviated septum & if I get septoplasty will the bump be gone?

Unfortunately, fixing your deviated septum, while it will improve breathing, will have no affect on the appearance of your nose.  To reshape the nose and remove the hump, consider rhinoplasty which can be done at the same time.
