I had buccal fat surgery 11 days ago. It seemed my swelling was going down but now I've noticed the right side seems more swollen than it did a day ago and there is a lump which can be felt when touched.there is no redness or bruising so I'm not sure what to do. When I look in my mouth it does not seem infected.
