Buccal fat removal - deep dent formation

Hi doctors please answer me ..I did my buccal fat removal on 30/3 after 7 days exactly my right cheek has formed a deep dent it's skin to skin the result is awful and am so depressed i don't know how can I go back to my work and join my team do u think this dent will become deeper ??or do u think that this space may collapse and become better ?? Am thinking of filling it tomorrow before going back to my work on Sunday ..plz help and answer my question..I've sent u a question before and u haven't answer me
