I’m officially 3 months post op for my bbl and I still hate my results. At about 13 day’s I asked the same question of will my Butt ever shrink down and I was told it’s early it’s from swelling. But I still feel the same way. I feel like my butt only went down a TINY bit. It’s still to big for me. From behind it looks great but my projection is just out of this world and it doesn’t even look natural. I’m already 3 months does that mean this is my permanent look? I never wanted it this big

Answer: BBL and volume loss I tell patients that they can expect resorption or graft loss on the order of 30-50% (at most; prepare for the worst and hope for significantly better). Additionally some harvest volume is lost in processing the fat graft prior to transfer. Thus I generally recommend that patients seeking even the most minimal volume increase have adequate reserves for grafting of 500 cc per cheek (at minimum). This means that harvest will usually exceed 1 liter (assuming for processing loss). Reaching this point of stability will vary from one patient to the next. 3-6 is the point at which patients often begin to take note of changes as swelling subsides and graft take stabilizes. As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).

Answer: 3 months post-op BBL will I lose more volu Hello dear!! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. After a BBL, only about 70% of the transferred fat cells will survive, so it is normal to see a minor reduction in your buttocks. If you have any concerns, I suggest you to follow up close with your plastic surgeon. Good luck :)
