I have had about 7 laser tattoo removal treatments starting 8 years ago with a board certified dermatologist; Last treatment was 3 years ago! I still haven't finished treatments because of my busy schedule; but if I were to have one or two more removal treatments; would the area respond to a tattoo cover up/ tattoo permanent camouflage to cover 3 millimeter hypo scar?

Unclear as to why Hypopigmentation with Picosecond technology is occurring as that is most unusual with newer picosec0nd lasers.
Nevertheless, a good tattoo artist should be able to handle this type of coverup for hypopigmentation.
