I'm in the middle of my tattoo removal. I've had 3 picosure sessions on my black & grey tattoo. The tattoo is definitely fading and nearly gone in some spots. I was planning on removing and covering up. I was wondering if tattooing over the hypopigmentation that I'm experiencing is possible?

This is caused by the laser removing some of the natural pigment when removing the tattoo. It is unavoidable in most cases. I would continue to remove the ink until you are happy. At that point, consider laser resurfacing, PRP, and microneedling to improve pigmentation.
