You show pictures that demonstrate tributary varicosities arising in the lateral (outer) ankle and are branches of the small saphenous vein. They could also arise from segmental or perforator vein insufficiency. The veins posted in the pictures can be treated by sclerotherapy or removal through tiny incisions (microphlebectomies).  However, there may be an underlying reason for these veins and a venous ultrasound would help to determine that.  See a vein specialist.

From your pictures it is not clear if you really have varicose veins or normal but bulging veins.Consider Dupplex ultrasound to identify Saphenous vein insufficiency with ABVLM vein specialist. If Saphenous vein is incompetent, Ablation therapy (EVLT, RFA, etc) with or without sclerotherapy will correct the problem. Otherwise, if saphenous vein is normal and the "look" is main concern, the foam sclerotherapy should correct the appearance of the veins on both ankle ankle and feet.Some studies showed up to 40% chances of inhertance from mother side of varicose vein diease.
