Ready to look into surgery to treat my neck and jaw, but torn on options and cost (Photo)

Question

I've been unhappy with my neck/jaw or years but I want o start planning surgery. Sometimes I think maybe a chin implant would do the trick, or a purple years of minitox, and other times I think I need a full neck lift plus the temporal brow lift (I've had Ultherapy). I'm in LI and I work in NY. I'd love some reasonable ideas as to costs.The quote I got from one dr was over 100k, but I've been quoted 2500 for just the brow so I'm frustrated looking or surgeon and I not want to waste anyones time

From these very limited photos, the most important procedure I would consider is chin augmentation. It would be difficult to decide, without in person consultation, whether neck lift or face/neck lift would be additional option. Not sure that brow lift is needed. Good luck.

Only 2 side views very hard to address your desires! Best in person or virtual consults. My over the Real Self internet guess is full neck lift with under chin lipo/possible HA fillers or nano fat grafting. Fee $10,000-$20,000. You are NOT a candidate fro coronal brow lifting since your forehead already very high hair line.
