How can I treat this scar on the bridge of my nose? (Photo)

I have a scar on the bridge of my nose and it’s a red dot gotten worse over the years and never faded. I got it in 7th grade and now I’m 20 so it’s a big insecurity. I have tried scar creams and gel patches but nothing works. Idk what it is and sometimes it will cut open and bleed.
