Short nose and long philtrum, what is the best option for me? (Photo)

I dislike my philtrum and nose tip / nostrils. I am not sure what can be done to correct this… My nose looks super short and pig like. I was thinking about taking in my nostrils and combing a bullhorn lip lift. I just recently had crown lengthening because I had a gummy smile. What do you suggest I do? What would make me look better?
