When I sit/stoop it has something like ripple, how can this be fixed? (Photos)

Hello I had a lipo on my lower belly one year ago,I’m satisfied when I’m standing but when I sit or or stoop it has something like ripple!! It’s so ugly and people ask my what’s wrong with my belly..also,also,as you can see in the last picture it’s like “ cut in the middle..it’s fat and suddenly flat..can this be fixed with revision lipo? Or maybe with fat dissolution? It seems like the fat was unevenly taken out..
