Hello I had a lipo on my lower belly one year ago,I’m satisfied when I’m standing but when I sit or or stoop it has something like ripple!! It’s so ugly and people ask my what’s wrong with my belly..also,also,as you can see in the last picture it’s like “ cut in the middle..it’s fat and suddenly flat..can this be fixed with revision lipo? Or maybe with fat dissolution? It seems like the fat was unevenly taken out..

Sometimes the full scar needs to be revised and this just entails surgically removing and restitching the scar.  Sometimes the scar plus the skin needs to be removed and that is a revision liposuction/tummy tuck.  I suggest seeing an expert in revision procedures that combine liposuction/fat removal, skin tightening, body shaping/definition, fat grafting, and cellulite improvement. Best, Dr. Emer.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. In most cases, fat transfer can be used to improve rippling. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

It does appear that your fat distribution is somewhat uneven from your previous procedure.

Revision Liposuction may help correct the situation but do not expect that to stop your skin from folding in a sitting position.

I recommend scheduling a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons to get a more accurate assessment.
