What can I do to fix my banana roll issue ? (photos)

I had a bbl done 6 months ago as the weeks pass the banana rolls get worse and worse. I can’t even look in the mirror any more. What can I do to improve this?

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

For patients who have had previous procedures it is important to include a proper before and after pictures if you want us to make an assessment on the outcome of a procedure.

If you don’t have before and after pictures then you should contact your provider and ask them to forward the ones they took.

The banana roll is a skinfold that does not respond well to liposuction.

When treated with liposuction problems typically become worse or new problems develop that weren’t present before.

Fat transfer in conjunction with a BBL can sometimes improve the area.

It is a natural skinfold that forms in an upright standing position and goes away with hip flexion.

Because it represents a skinfold and not an issue with fat distribution Liposuction does not fix the problem.

It’s generally better to accept it and not have it treated.
