Swelling of the lower face 6 months after rhinoplasty

I had rhinoplasty 6 months ago and now my swelling is finally going down. At the same time my lower face got swollen. I know that the nose can take a year to fully heal. How long does the face swelling (caused by the surgery) take to fully heal? A year too?
