It is possible that 4-5 piercings (perhaps with a hole rather than a punch?) led to loss of cartilage support in the area which has in turn caused sagging, retraction, and widening of the nose.

The good news is that we can improve this. It should be possible to recreate that area with new cartilage to restore and strengthen your nose.

If your columella has lifted after nasal septal manipulations with piercings, it may be best to just leave it alone. Septal piercings are not usually through the medial crura. They are typically through the membranous septum. That is the area between the bottom of the septal cartilage and the top of the medial crura. There is no septum here. I hope this is helpful.
