I pierced my septum multiple times in the medial and middle crus area?! Based on the picture of the circled trauma areas. The before pic is days after I pierced it the first time and let it heal, all was well. Then I pierced it another 3-4 times with only a week to let heal. Took it out again and everyday less cartilage seemed to be there or maybe detached? Scar tissue? Now my nose looks wider, shorter, retracted and pushed up. Plutrum is also longer. Can my nose be pulled back down to normal?
