I had my nose pulled extremely hard. Physically pulled in a downward motion. A little after my nasal bone and sinuses and forehead started to throb horribly the whole night. The next morning my nose was extremely swollen and seems like the footplates of my medial crura and protruded out and also downwards as if there’s no support holding them in or up. Nose also looks wider around nostrils a turned up. If so would I need to have them sewn together and back upwards toward my septum area?
