Is it possible to undergo a lip lift procedure without increasing the size of the upper lip? Cutting off a bit of philtrum length without making the face look more feminine/ duck lips?

In your frontal view, your corners are quite low. I would do a very small center lip lift but more lateral lip lift. This should not change the ratio of your face. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

In your frontal view, you can see that your upper lip is the same size or maybe even bigger than your lower lip. I would not recommend a lip lift or VY advancement. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

I think your lips and smile are beautiful. I wouldn’t touch them. However, given your complaint and goal, I do not recommend a lip lift. A filler or Permalip implant to your upper lip will roll the vermillion border out which is what you said you are looking for. If you would get a lip lift, i...
