Can a septum SEG be replaced with ear cartilage for pliability?

AskaQuestionToYou
Ever since my primary I've been depressed because my nose is now rigid, and it interferes with my daily life. Is there any way to modify a SEG or to use ear cartilage to get a soft, pliable and naturally flexible tip? I've heard M-shaped ear cartilage designs can be used b, but also hybrid septum and ear cartilage with great outcomes. Preferably my nose can be lengthened slightly too whilst keeping flexibility. That would be amazing.
