If I remove 9 year old butt implants will I have a deflated, sagging butt & how long is the recovery? (Photos)

If you have 432cc of volume removed from your buttocks you will certainly be deflated. The amount of "sagging" will then be dependent on your skin elasticity and contractility. It would have to be a "wait and see" situation. Good luck!

Removing implants and the consequences of doing that are highly dependent on how the initial procedure was performed.
Typically when placing implants the surgeon it divides the tissues and creates a space to make room for the implant. The two tissue surfaces on either side of the implant are no longer in contact. With removal of the implant the two surfaces may move because there’s no connective tissue holding them in place.
This can cause the skin and fat layer to move with gravity creating a sagging appearance.
Go back to the surgeon who put in the implants or find someone else who has enough experience to remove gluteal implants with the least chance of having these type of negative consequences.
At least in the United States most plastic surgeons don’t offer gluteal implants because they have too many complications and undesirable side effects.
For some individuals it’s much better to keep the implants and not remove them. Unlike breast implants which are pretty straightforward when it comes to removing and putting in the consequences of removing gluteal implants is quite different.
