Repeated sinus problems after full rhinoplasty (June 2022). What can I do?

Hi, I had full rhinoplasty in June 2022. I have always suffered with mild sinus issues but I feel they have worsened since the procedure. My nose feels tight, which I guess is normal, my eyes are always heavy and swollen and the majority of the time one nostril or the other is blocked. I get very little relief from this and it is starting to have a negative impact on my life. Orbital pain is an on-going issues (pain around nose, eyebrows and under eyes. I am just trying to figure out if it could be anything to do with the surgery and what your suggestions are for resolving it if it is. Thank you

Additionally, you consider meeting with a reputable otolaryngologist. Nasal congestion and chronic sinusitis are issues that should be resolved with nasal surgery, and if that is not the case, and examination by a professional would be necessary to help you move forward, in my opinion. As far as I can understand from your question rhinoplasty operation and endoscopic sinus surgery are separate. rhinoplasty operation will not solve your sinus problem. I recommend that you have a detailed examination with the ent doctor and have a ct scan, accordingly a sinus surgery can be planned.
It would be better face to face consultation.
