Can I reposition under eye fat if I don't have eye-bags, only hollowness? (photo)

I want to reposition my under eye fat, to help fill in the sunken appearance of the tear trough. I only have puffiness when I smile, but not when my face is at rest. Is this surgery good for people without eye bags, and just needing to fill tear troughs? (I don't want filler)

In order to achieve more positive canthal tilt, you may need lower eyelid retraction surgery with canthoplasty. Best to have personal evaluation to determine. See an expert.

Thanks for your question! It appears as though the brow is lower on that side which appears to be making the lid look droopier. I would suggest seeking opinions for a unilateral brow or forehead lift. Good luck!

Thanks for sharing your photos. We all have some degree of asymmetry and on your left there are several factors contributing, including brow position and likely orbital size in addition to lid skin and crease position. It would not be unreasonable to address only the side that bothers you. I...
