Hello everyone, I've been struggling with my eyes area, I think I have some ptosis and a very hollow looking eyes. My eyebrows are very low, which is good, but combined with hollowness on both upper and lower eyelids that make me look exhausted What can be done. I am 27 so I don't t want a very heavy procedure.

Your eyebrows are below the level of the orbital rim. You would benefit from a browlift. There are 2 ways to do a browlift: in the hair or at the hairline. Your photographs cut off your head so it's hard to determine which way you would benefit from.

At 27 I agree you don't really need to consider aggressive treatment.  I would begin by visiting with an experienced aesthetician to explore a great skin care routine.  We recommend using medical grade products like Transform MD and wearing sunscreen every day.  In addition you can learn about treatments to brighten skin and improve overall skin tone and texture. Some to consider are Hydrafacial, AVAVA laser, and SkinPen.  I've included a video I hope you find helpful.
