I have thick internal scar tissue inside my face and neck 3 1/2 years post-op facelift and platysmaplasty. The scar tissue is beneath the skin, and it is palpable. It causes much discomfort 24/7. I have had Kenalog injections and lymphatic massages without success. I also had a minor revision with my original surgeon to remove dissolvable sutures that did not dissolve. He only removed those sutures that were in my neck area. That helped with my discomfort somewhat. How can this be corrected?
