Hi question. When doing a vertical deep plane and the fascia is lifted can a little lipo be done small area (above lip buccol.fat ara) can that be lipo?? Also doing a fat transfer to the face can that sometimes fail and cause heaviness in the fat or earlier drippiness?? Thanks so kindly
