Ideal humidity level post rhinoplasty?

Hi there! I often encourage my rhinoplasty patients to purchase a humidifier for nightly sleeping. Additionally, patients should carry saline spray to mist throughout the day while using antibiotic ointment internally at least twice daily. By doing so, the likelihood of crusting developing is low. In my opinion, the inside should feel wet rather than dry. If that's the case, the level of humidity and moisture is appropriate. Hope that helps!
