Irregularity on the left side of my face (photo)

My first recommendation is to have a look at your photographs prior to any fillers that you’ve had into your lips or your face and see if any of this was present. An experienced Plastic Surgeon can tell if there is a filler in a particular area just by pinching it. Most likely the difference between the left and the right side of the face is in terms of the muscle and fat located subcutaneously.
