I prefer fat grafting for these kinds of generalized depressions. We take some of your own fat and inject it into the defect. It may take a repeated session at 4-6 months. Most patients like the idea of using their own fat.

On your photos, I can see the indentations in your skin, and this may also be associated with very hollow cheeks in the buccal areas. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered for adding permanent volume both deeply, and superficially to the indentations in your skin. I hope this helps! Based on your nicely posted photos, I would recommend an in person or virtual consultation. Most likely better to try, micro and nano fat grafting to those areas in one to three sessions to build up and correct the indentation deformity. Expect fees to range from $5000-$10,000.
