Is it possible that my lip filler has migrated to nasolabial fold/cheeks? (Photos)

Hi I'm 23 and started getting fillers exactly 4 years ago, I've had a total of 7 mls. 5mls was done in the first 1.5 years. I found that filler wouldn't last and once swelling had gone my lips looked the same. I have a feeling it has migrated beyond my lips as I've started getting nasolabial folds. The skin around the corners of my mouth feel lumpy. I don't believe my mouth area could have aged this fast in 4 years when I've not lost any weight and rarely in the sun

Please learn to rely on your own judgement. The ultrasound is more show. It is not that sensitive or specific. You know you have retained filler. Yes of course you need more enzyme.
