Is it possible that my lip filler has migrated to nasolabial fold/cheeks? (Photos)

Much of the filler products used in the lips are low G prime products. The are less likely to form lumps and bumps. However these products are highly runny and behave more like liquids and less likely solids. So where do these products end up? They drift into the lip above the red boarder to make the lip shelf. They end up in the nasolabial fold and lower cheek and contribute to jowling. All 7 milliliters of filler are still there. These products spread out but they also persist. They are only slowly broken down. Overtime they also begin to hold more water making these areas look fuller than is ideal. Extra volume in the lower face makes us look older. You do not need ultrasound or MRI for this. What you do need is a large dose of hyaluronidase. I would likely recommend 300 units or more and you may very well need two round of enzyme treatment.
